Meet Eileen McMahon, NP
RNEC MN PNC
Eileen is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in reproductive health, with advanced training and a particular clinical interest in fertility preservation. She joined the HFC team in 2021.
She earned her Baccalaureate in Nursing Science, Master’s in Nursing, and Post-Master’s Nurse Practitioner Diploma from the University of Toronto.
She holds a Clinical Appointment as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto, where she is actively involved in education and mentorship. Eileen’s academic contributions include quantitative clinical research, peer-reviewed publications, textbook chapters, clinical practice guidelines, and oral and poster presentations at national and U.S. conferences.
Her leadership in reproductive health has been nationally recognized, including receipt of the Canadian Fertility & Andrology Society Carole Rhéaume Award, for her contributions to patient experience, clinical practice, and public engagement. She also served on the CFAS Board of Directors, making history as the Society’s first nurse President from 2019 to 2020. She remains actively involved as an Executive Member of the CFAS Nursing Special Interest Group.
