STEP 1
Initial Consultation

The process begins with a FREE 30 minute OHIP-covered consultation with our Egg and Embryo Freezing Specialist:
✓ We will ask about your goals and medical history.
✓ You will learn about recommended testing and treatment options.
✓ You will have a chance to ask any questions about the process.
STEP 2
Personalized Plan

After your virtual consult, we will book diagnostic testing to be completed onsite at the clinic. This will include an Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) blood test to assess your ovarian reserve and an internal ultrasound.
You will meet with one of our REIs who will provide you with a treatment plan that will be personalized to you based on your test results and medical history.
✓ Get clear communications with easy-to-understand treatment plans and medication instructions.
✓ Plan the timing of your start with a personalized planning calendar to help you work around your schedule.
STEP 3
Egg Retrieval and Storage
Your eggs will be carefully retrieved onsite by one of our expert REIs.
Our team is trained to provide attentive care and will ensure your comfort and well-being are our top priority throughout the procedure.
After the retrieval, the mature eggs or embryos will be frozen at our CCRM Toronto Lab. Our lab has the highest standards in Canada, giving you the best possible chance for success when you’re ready to use them.
Your eggs or embryos will be securely stored onsite at our Toronto location.

✓ Our Egg Freezing service includes first year of storage at Canada’s only CAP-accredited CCRM Toronto Lab where you can have full confidence your eggs are handled with expert hands.
✓ Many employer benefit plans provide coverage for fertility treatment including fertility preservation services. Check with your HR team or insurance provider to see what you have available.
✓ The new Ontario Fertility Tax Credit allows you to get up to $5,000 back in refundable tax credits per year for upto $20,000 in fertility preservation expenses.
✓ Financing for egg freezing services is also available through Medicard with iFinance.
✓ We offer egg freezing services up to age 42.
