Meet Dr. Leonor Separi
MD CCFP
Dr. Leonor Separi is a fertility-focused family physician who joined the HFC team in 2026 as part of the Natural Conception Program.
She earned her medical degree from the University of Toronto and completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Queen’s University. She then returned to the University of Toronto to complete a Women’s Health Fellowship through Women’s College Hospital.
Dr. Separi maintains hospital appointments at both Women’s College Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital.
Throughout her training, Dr. Separi has received several awards recognizing her academic and research excellence, including the Chair's Scholarship and CREMS Scholarship from the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine, and the Academic Resident Research Project Award from Queen's University. Her research interests focus on fertility testing and pain management during obstetrical and gynecologic procedures.
